With everyone attacking TV5's Willing Willie show and all the MTRCB and DSWD Statements on Complaints Regarding the issue of humiliation of a "Willing Willie" contestant, most of the show's sponsors had been pulled out, Willing Willie finally decided to take action on the issue by going off air for two weeks starting this Monday, April 11, 2011.

During the announcement, Willie Revillame noted and remarked on his celebrity attackers which include Jim Paredes, Aiza Seguerra, Agot Isidro, Mylene Dizon, Lea Salonga, Bianca Gonzales, Tuesday Vargas, K Brosas and Lea Navarro.
